First rod, first enchant, and how not to waste C$ before you can hunt.
How Fisch Works
Fisch is a fishing RPG, not a tap-to-collect sim. You catch fish for C$, sell or appraise them, then buy rods, boats, and enchants that let you reach later islands and hunt events (Megalodon, Kraken, Scylla).
Progression is rod + bait + weather. A better rod on a bad island still out-earns a starter rod on a hyped island.
First Hour
Redeem SCARLET, TemporarySubmarine, and CARBON in Settings → Codes. Join the group and like the game for the extra C$.
Sell everything except the first rare. Buy the first shop rod upgrade before a boat. Learn the shake / reel timing — missed perfects cost more than a cheap rod.
Rods and Enchants
Do not buy the most expensive rod you can see. Buy the next rod that raises luck and control enough to hit the next island requirement.
Enchants matter as much as the rod name. Put luck / mutation enchants on the rod you actually fish with, not the flex skin. Our rod tier list ranks the common endgame sticks — Destiny, Depths, Seraphic, No-Life — so you know what you are saving toward.
Hunts and Events
Megalodon, Kraken, and later hunts are where C$ and rare fish spike. Totems from weekend codes start those windows. Do not burn a hunt totem on a starter rod.
If a Saturday code is live, redeem it the same hour. Those strings expire in about 24 hours. Bookmark this codes page — we move dead weekend codes the next day.
Common Mistakes
Spending C$ on boats before rod luck. Appraising every common. Fishing through a hunt on the Flimsy Rod. Trusting a codes list that still shows SkycrestNextWeek.
If you only do one thing after codes: upgrade the rod, then fish the best unlocked water you can consistently perfect-catch.
Weekly Fisch Grind Plan
Start sessions by redeeming all active codes, then run your highest coin-per-minute loop for 30–45 minutes. Rebirth or hatch only when our guide says your current pets hit a wall.
